David Wilson is a passionate and enthusiastic Leader with a growth mindset and commitment to continual personal development. He has a particular interest in building great teams and embracing Agile methodologies as a way to get the best from people. David has over 16 years’ experience in the defence and aerospace sector and worked across the Air, Maritime, Land and Cyber domains on many large and complex Programmes. He is currently the CEO of BSL, an international HR Outsourcing and Training company based in Doha, Qatar. David has expertise in Project Management, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management and brings a wealth of experience in how to deliver value to the Customer rapidly. Having worked in the UK, USA, India and across the Middle East, David has developed his knowledge of working across different cultures to develop adaptive strategies that deliver strong business outcomes. David is pursuing a rapid growth strategy with his current company.​

David has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a Master of Science in Project Management from Lancaster University.
